That's probably enough, when there are competitions they usually last at least a few days. 

the defence unit i use the most is the clan message feature, i use it to send a message and millions of defence arrives, problem solved

think out side of the box bit ches

Just kill your enemy before they try to attack you is the best defense ;-)

Not on sectors.  Some of them have too much defense bonus, so attacking them is suicide.
