Teleport bug causes client freeze up and crash

I have had this happen to me numerous times now so I know it is a bug. When someone attacks your sector using multiple teleports in rapid succession to warp right on top of your base, it sometimes causes your client to freeze up. Sometimes the client will unfreeze but more often you have to refresh your browser and re-load the session.

I had an unpleasant experience tonight where I was putting troops in my bunker and the client froze, and my refresh took me to an entirely different server than the one I had been playing on, resulting in a second series of button clicks and another refresh. End result a lot of dead units that would have been safely in the bunker.

I've had this happen a lot when I'm sitting on my base and people teleport invades or raids at me. Often I am lying in wait trapping with my defense so I don't really care if my client crashes. I just refresh back and see what ensued. I do care when it's my offense and I'm trying to put it away and  my client crashes!

Plarium please prioritize fixing this issue. As a work around you should add a 3 to 5 second delay in the speed at which you can fire off those teleports so you cannot overwhelm the player on the other end of the computer.

Note I am playing in my Chrome Browser through Facebook. I also have a lot of SDB by way of snow globes in my base which may be contributing to the lag and freeze up I am experiencing. Has anyone else been on the receiving end of a teleported raid or invade and had their client freeze?

You should submit a ticket to support describing the issue so they can look into it.  I haven't heard about this problem before, so maybe it has something to do with your computer or the browser you're using.

To reproduce it I think you need a few conditions that are not that common.

1. Attacker is spamming a lot of teleports using a big army (size of army probably irrelevant)

2. Defender is online attempting to interact with sector

3. Sector has rendering issues due to lots of snow globes or other SDB items.

It's not related to my computer which runs fine; only the plarium client on the server being teleported into is affected.

It may be related to Chrome but I doubt it.

With Google Chrome, it happened to me, too and this is what I figured out:

My Chrome was updated and so was the settings for the Flash player, yet while loading game (after you click on the PLAY NOW), before the page goes white and then the sector details load up, at the top right corner, i used to get a "Allow Access" settings for flash player. Though I had all the possible restrictions lifted up, yet, screen used to freeze and failed to refresh on its own (even on the Event page).

All I did was to First Manually check for Chrome updates. Second, I made a point that every 2nd-3rd day, I clear my browser cache w/o removing the Form fill/Cookies data.

Now it's working fine.

My Chrome Version 57.0.2987.133 (64-bit).
