This section is named "Bug Reports" last time I checked.
Troops disappearing is clearly a bug, so I ma reporting it here.

We can't actually go into your account and fix the bug, only support can do that. On the forums all we can do is discuss the bug and suggest possible solutions. Unless you don't want the bug fixed and just want us to acknowledge that you had a bug. That we can do here.
