Wondering if any other surface users have this issue
the pen always worked fine until one day about 3 weeks ago it wouldnt allow the tap to work
mouse works fine , finger works fine
but surface pen doesn't

I don't have a Microsoft Surface, nor any associated pens, but is it possible that your pen is malfunctioning, opposed to its interaction specifically with the game?
Does it work normally with other programs?
If so, you could try contacting the Help and Support Desk, with information including (But not limited to) your model, your browser, and your flash version.
