Its 101.414... Roadstar you were near.
Lets break this down line by line... 1. X + X + X = 60 .... 20+20+20=60
2. X + Y + Y = 30 .... 20+5+5=30..... X set from previous line.
3. Y - ZZ = 3 or 5 - ZZ=3 or ZZ=2 or Z = square root(2)
4. Z + X * Y= Q or 1.414 + 20 * 5 = 1.414 + 100 = 101.414

I'll stand by mine, but a question on your formula.
On line 4. how did you come to the conclusion 'Y' used is the same as line 2. They are different to me.
Yes, that's an obvious I took. Since if not then we will have 2 unkown variable in the 4th step i.e. Final answer and the Wheel. There can be numerous answer based on perception. Like if 5 hole wheel comes to 5 then , 4 hole wheel be 4.
Then answer will be 81 as final not 84. Since as per BODMAS (multiplication comes first i.e. 1 +20*4 = 1+ (20*4) =81
