There is currently no forum dedicated for Spanish players.

However, as long as you provide a translation for the forum, there should be no problems. (For future reference, this includes the English forum)

but the problem is that many players do not know English, or know but very regular, is why not many ask, for the simple fact of not knowing English, so a place of Spanish speaking or forum requested

knowing that somo the second most spoken language, we do not have a place here in the forum and be a simple nonentity

I have received confirmation from the Community Manager that there are no current plans to add a Spanish forum.

Unfortunately for the time being, Spanish players are going to have to provide a translation with their posts.

Llevo en esto desde que salió (2011) y el único cambio respecto al español que he visto es que desde hace 1-2 años, al enviar mensajes privados dentro del juego, te da problemas al poner tildes y similares (antes no pasaba).
