I am interested in this suggestion, but I would like to have more details to discuss it and give you any feedback. 

Could you please make a list of the unnecessary buildings with a small summary on each one of them (on why should it be removed).

I am sure that the detailed suggestion would be more productive. You can also invite some other players to join the discussion and help you with the list.

I think the logistic center will never be removed.

Plarium uses the Logistcal Center for advertising. The goal of the building is that you lure more players into the game. By inviting your friends. And you get rewarded for that by extra resources.

So such a type of building will never be removed, just because Plarium needs new players every time.

I thought it was just because they get their daily lols off watching people grind 50 alts up to level 15 :P  Wish plarium would change the requirement to level 40, at least then all the dead cities would make decent raid targets.
