I'd personally have to say the lack of dismissal, then the FBG change, then the clan missions

Being able to send/trade Crystals/BioPlasma/ProtoCrystals/Tech Nodes would promote alts.

Best updates:

1. Units will no longer be dismissed when you lack the Credits to maintain them!
2. Reduced Credit consumption for Fleet Battle Group Units!
3. Clan Missions!
4. Resources and Items purchased or received as bonuses can now all be found in the Market interface! 
5.Global Tournaments! 



Worst updates:

1. Changes to Infestation mechanics!
2. Tapsites
3. New Items (Auto Troop Hider, Offense and Defense Enhancers, Infestation Scan, Instant Callback)!
4. Flux and Dimensional Gates!
5. New Items (Auto Troop Hider, Offense and Defense Enhancers, Infestation Scan, Instant Callback)! 
 

My favorite update was the troop power calculation bug, where the game told me I had 200 million defense :P

definately  it's  

 1)Units will no longer be dismissed when you lack the Credits to maintain them! 

No longer dismissed is the best by a long shot.

Clan missions are outstanding, and a valuable aspect of the game.

Changes in infest mechanics actually seems to work for me, so it gets a smaller upvote. 

New Items (Enhancements etc) are nothing more than pure coiner fan service and diminish the game, so very strong downvote.

Flux gates and dimensional silliness is useless and gets a downvote.

+   freebie sectors on the game edge

-    Change in infests - Soldiers version better

But of the ones listed I'd say the best was the troop dismissal update.  And the worst was the infest mechanic change. 

LMAO... my dear friend  i loved that bug too ... every time i would select units on my offence troops it would decrease instead of increase ...lol...
