Hi Umbra! To optimize the processes in the game, there is an automatic way of deleting old messages in the Mail. In the "Dialogues" tab, messages are deleted after 90 days from the moment of their creation, and in the "Reports" and "System" tabs - after 14 days.

Thank you for taking notice and your reply. 

I got used to the automatic deletion of older messages long ago and expected this. This was the case for a long time and for me simply the normal case (as "optimal" as ever). 

But now, on the other hand, all conversations suddenly just disappeared (tab "Dialoge"), which could not have happened by the automatic deletion, as far as I understand. Accordingly, I was surprised and disappointed. If I would have been informed about a deletion before, I could have saved at least the most important contacts, now it is almost impossible to find the players again and that takes away a good part of the game's charm. Maybe you can understand that. 

As for my expectations in general, I'm often disappointed what gets done and what not, but I know as ever, it's all about money and I arrange myself to it: Take it or leave it, as ever. That would be another (longer) story wich nobody seems to interest (at least not since I pay less and lesser money ...and I don't take much care about growing and success in the "usual definition"). 

But deleting conversations is something different for me in that respect and that's why I had to get rid of this frustration even it may not bring back my convos. 

No idea how this actually happened, so I suspected an intentional deletion on Plarium side. Anyway, it's annoying in any case. Even after your reply, it's not clear to me what could have really happened, whether it was deleted and my criticism was justified or not.

So, automatic or myself and not Plarium by maintenance??? 

How ever - sorry, I appologize for wrong conclusions and my harsh criticism. It seems, so I must have deleted the conversations by myself (mistake and unnoticed), as I can exclude automatic deletion, because then not everything would have been gone at once. -
