Посуду не помыл! Или уроки не сделал. Или в магазин не сходил. Короче, по дому надо что-то сделать и тогда дадут.
Yeah, that happens sometimes; the system can be buggy with achievements if you finish tasks too close to war timers. The best option is to open a support ticket with screenshots; they usually sort it out.
