Let me say something about new updates. they make it only couz they want to take more $$$ from players. Really useless.

You forgot to say:

 - Now Infirmaries will display the nudging icon on possible resurrection (read: always, you should NEVER resurrect troops), it now has 0 meaning of your town being attacked.

In short, never. Because there will be scouts-only only during the assault mode after a successful recapture by scouts, and until the first reinforcement arrives. But if you consider the fact that the strongholds right now have troops in them - you cannot capture with scouts. So you are unable to capture with scouts. QED.

And with such a central aspect to the game (gold) as an incentive, you would think the gold-mining study will have some sort of use or reason to study. But there isn't - so now it joins the huge (and growing) group of dead-weight studies (that you must get to unlock real studies), along with lvl 6 mobs (and half the mob tree, tbh), half the new hero tree and half the economy tree.

where do we get Platinum and Grant? and where is the Hero Category?

Errands for sure and probably buy for gold or at the order store. Maybe as event rewards or yielding trophies, we'll see.
