I have tried to send rss to one particular player, the cart goes, gets to their base and stops at zero time left for delivery. Nothing else happens, the rss are not delivered, I get taxed though. This has only occurred since the last update and only to this one player. He has done the update.

No I didn't. I have put a ticket it, Playrium are aware of the fault. I know at least 4 others in my order who have the same problem. I've cleared my cache and still no sucess.
i send scroll in one cart and stone in the other. previously send stone and scroll toghether and they return to me as reward after 2-3 -1 minutes count . less the tax
it occur from send citadel and also from aid from port when sending to leader
