I attempted to use this boost twice.  I actually bought a package for more carts to use in transferring resources to use this boost again.  It did not work for me on either occasion even after I purchased the package with more boosts.  The 500% boost for 5 minutes works fine.  Not sure what you can do to correct the problem.  I have not tried to use it for a couple of weeks since I would not work previously.   Thank you.
