I think the login server(s) is/are not working properly ... we may have to wait until Plarium fixed it

okay, happy too early - I haven't gotten into the game yet, but at least I was able to log in

same here. I could  not logg off an now I could not logg in. And that in a middle of an tough OvO

i cant get in either but people in my order from usa seem to be able to, but not all there accounts

The last 1,5 h I tried several browers. e.g. Edge, Chrome, Firefox Opera.... I cleared cache and tried several restarts of my PC. - Nothing works. Still the same white screen like Lady Alissa  if you try to logg in. 

I also can not log in. Clearing cach did not help.

I am having the same issue. Can't even get into game thru the browser. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it won't even reinstall. 

The same here. Can't login into a game because "No account matching this email is found"

Can't place ticket neither since I can't login into the game 😁

@TatyanaF - same here. I couldn`t place a ticket either to Plarium. 

@Argyll - I'm ready to bet we'll soon see Roger telling us "We're not technical support here, please place tickets" 

It seems his only solution for all complaints 😜

Yeah I spent $25 to be able to play and possibly win OVO and then got locked out. This sucks!

Yep, it's been down for 20 minute updates since I think late afternoon, lol, that's a looong 20 minutes, but that's what the message still say when I try to refresh the page! I was trying to win an Orders War...I hope they can't login as well.
