Given your OP, you should update the e-mail address in your profile to a working one. If support starts a conversation to you, it is to that address it will go.
[When you start a support ticket, as Roger suggested, you also put in an e-mail address there. It doesn't have to be the same one.]
Just hover over your profile icon at the top of a forum page and choose 'My Profile'.
There various ways to manage such mail. You could have that address redirect plarium.com e-mail message to your main one; you could create a new address at some free service; many such services permit additonal / wildcard addresses, such as myplarium123+someplayername@gmail.com ; you could use one-off addresses, such as from https://www.theverge.com/2013/7/22/4547690/abine-maskme-browser-extension-hides-email-credit-card-info letting you use a unique e-mail address, such as [email protected] , at each website you use. [Which would all redirect to whatever e-mail address give to the redorector.] Note that you normally can't send from such - often not needed, and even when it is you may be okay replying from your given e-mail address that the message was relayed to.
GL&HF. YMMV.
