Assuming you are coming into the game via Google Play, if you associate that phone with the same Google Play account, I expect you can continue to play from there. I don't play via Android or phone, but this would be my expectation, from all that I have read here.

It also seems that if you can get your game account linked, you can access via any other platform . i.e. If your account was linked, you could access via PC in the meantime, too.

Otherwise, I expect you could start a ticket via  KaW Support - Create Ticket - from everything I have seen, I know they will be able to help you out and get you going again. It just may take a few days to work through the process.
