My game is not connecting.  I get one of two "Error codes."  One says "Internal erroe," while the other says "Connection lost." You just started some work on the site today. There is no message saying that the work is done or you need more time. You seem to have had this problem for a long time. Why can't you make this work? People have spent a lot of time effort and money on this game.
