Game Messing Up

Who do we complain to when the game suddenly just stops adding our accrued points?  I've used a lot of my march speed ups and hit points...i've gotten NOTHING added the last 2 full cycles through hit points.  Also, it really would behoove the coders to work out the timing problems.  5 seconds to fight an assailant/apostate?  Sometimes as long as 10 seconds..yet my time doesn't stop counting down.

If your game is messing up and failing to add accrued points despite using valuable resources like March speed-ups and hit points, the best course of action is to contact the game’s official support team through their in-app help or support email. Make sure to provide detailed information about the issue, including the cycles where points weren’t added and any timing inconsistencies, as these glitches—like the 5 to 10-second delays in battles—can affect gameplay. For example, in games like Nulls Brawl , reporting such problems promptly ensures developers can investigate and fix timing or reward-related bugs, helping maintain a fair and smooth gaming experience for all players.

I’d recommend opening a ticket with Plarium support through the in-game help section, as they can check your account logs and usually resolve missing points or timing glitches.

I liked how the article captured the frustration that comes when a game starts messing up, whether it's bugs, crashes, lag, or unexpected glitches that interrupt the experience. Sometimes these issues can be annoying, but they also show how complex modern games have become and why testing and community feedback are so important. I think sharing these problems with other players can often lead to faster solutions, which connects well with Kukasoittii  focus on bringing people together through shared interests and conversations. Have you noticed that game communities usually help fix these issues faster than official support channels?
