I can purchase items with my personal points in the Order store but I can not use my Order Points to purchase items in the Order Store because there are no Purchase Button or Purchase Button not active. Please tell me how to solve this problem? Thx.

This is a frequent problem. It is a problem of explanation - it is a bit of a game subtlety.

You may only purchase items (listed) under the store tab (using personal points). Your retailer. In essence, you shop the shelves of the Order Store.

Counsellors and Masters stock those shelves from the Item Catalog tab (using Order points). Your distributor. In essence, ordering from the distributor items to stock those shelves with.

The Order purchase history lists those who have bought from the shelves, and how much, and those who have stocked the shelves, and by how much.

Notes:

- Some items are infinitely self-stocking. ∞ Adrian candles for example.

- An item may show in the Item Catalog (available from Distributor) with 0 items. Just means no Counsellor has ordered same from Distributor to stock the shelves with the item, and so make them available to you under the Store tab.

= if so, just post a message in your order chat or wall asking for the item to be made available. Whichever counsellor sees it first will do it then remove the message from the wall. (Probably noting in order chat that it was done.) Once you see it off the wall you'll know it happened and can reattempt your purchase.

Think of Order Points earned during errands as an Order tithe or (payroll) tax. They are not yours, and you never see them / it never crosses your palms. (Deduction from source.)

Keep an eye on your Personal and Order Point levels as seen at the top of your screenshots.

- you can not buy what you do not have enough Personal Points for.

- they can not order what there are not enough Order Points for. [Asking for several million 24-Hour Order Citadel Boosts, at 310k a pop, will, at best, get you ignored.]

Counsellors, as they are able to both order and stock (and then purchase) will do this all in one go. e.g. Having several M Order and Personal points available, they may order 1M Platinum, then purchase it all in one go. They know it will get used and they and the order can afford it.

- OTOH, they will also know that some purchases are foolhardy and refuse. Frequently item store items are much better equivalent values. (Constrained exceptions occur.) e.g. chest of Materials (1 vs 4), Boosts, Citadel Boosts (often), Royal Edict, Scrolls of Knowledge, Tomes of Invocation, Usual errands, Rename Order, Rename Order Citadel.
