Plarium's chat lets you cut and paste. (Not the game chat.) No translator there either, though. Nor images allowed.

Discord will do what you're looking for.

Search the forums for other solutions.

This is an, understandably, endlessly asked question - without ever an answer or in-game fix from Plarium itself.
