*UPDATE* Never mind, they started showing up -- they don't act quite like Hero after all, and I didn't see this described in the doc.
When I finally acquired enough candles to upgrade Adrian Architect to Standard Dignity, I got zero new Doctrine points.
That's not correct behavior, is it? (Extrapolating from Hero, since I can't find this stated bluntly in the online doc or FAQs.)

Doctrine point increases come during level increases, not dignity increases.
You can open up new gear levels at the #1st (51, 41, 31, ...) level. Definitely get new doctrine points then.

(It was the bummer of getting enough candles to move to the next dignity level ... still had many points to acquire to get to next level to open up a gear slot.)

That chat group idea could have some value. Especially cross-order / cross-kingdom. Except ... no sign of auto-translator.
