How come none of my throne accounts can log in but i can log on using a account from vikings?

Not one of my throne accounts work. I get to 77% on loading game then the connection error pops up and kicks me out. So do tell me. How come my viking accounts can get in with no problems if there's a supposedly connection error?

[update] ok I tried a different account i dont play anymore and it had no problem logging onto k103 but cant log onto k58. so it must be a issue with kingdom 58.
