Stops Loading

When I try to load the game, it stops at 77% and then says, "Connection Lost." This bug just appeared today. I have tried it on Opera and Firefox, and works on neither. Please help! The first image is it at 77%. One second later, the second image happens. NOTE: I have tried to load the game about 50 times now. Still the same things happen.

I have submitted two tickets. On Facebook, Plarium posted a solution to the problem by clearing the cache, but this does not work.

Same here at 77%, cleared cache, tried other browsers, closed device activity sessions in profile, nothing helps.

I have had the same problem for hours, sent in a ticket so we'll see how long it takes to fix this - has this happened before? I've only been playing a few weeks. If this has happened before, how long did it take to fix it? How long before everybody could play again?

Almost 24 hours later and still no game working - anybody have it working now? And if so, where are you and what are you playing on?

I have been having issues logging in since update. I have tried everything - including cache, different browsers, etc, etc.. but nothing solves the problem. Sometimes when I switch the server on the vpn I can get into some but I can't spend all day trying to find the "magic one" that lets the game operate as it should.

Yep and if you do get in .....


1 Errors in cant build up materials in the workshop

2 marches over run if sent out and log back in later (had one at 720k rss from a 388k march 

3 rewards dont show on hitting assailants 

4 Oh yeah and if the rss have actually finished on the tlle / camp ...will still show as being out and wont be able to send anymore marches ... 

Probably more just fill my head with other stuff than remembering where the game is Broke hahaha

Same problem here 77% then tells me connection error

I have tried all browsers and 3 different computers at different locations

Please get this sorted

If I am not in the game my shield will drop and then zero troops zero resourses

Hello

The same problem here. i've rebooted my modem and it doesn't solve the problem.

77% with browser and plarium apps

90% with android


I started a new account to test and it works because i start in another kingdom.

when i want to came back to mine (72 Towerhoff) i have been disconnected


i tried to connect with my cellphone sharing a wifi connexion and it works … slowly but it works


so i hope it will be solve soon and hope it will help plarium

IF YOU CANT FIX THIS GAME THEN JUST SHUT IT DOWN I AM TIRED OF TRYING TO PLAY THIS GAME AND NO IT SUPPORT WHAT SO EVER. YOU HAVE NO PROBLEM TAKING MY MONEY TO PLAY THIS GAME BUT YOU CANT GIVE ANY SERVICE OR SUPPORT PRETTY SAD.

I am having same issues listed above 77% then connection error when i can get in im in for like 5 min then it kicks me back out.  Please Fix this or remove the update ever since the update things have gone bad!

They are connection limiting. At times. Correction - their CDN's are connection limiting. Probably primarily around new event / assailant times.


With all accounts logged out, bring them up one at a time - at some point some will start getting the error. (Next time, load in a different order, and you'll probably see each come up successfully, then stop around the same number. i.e. it's a connection / internet error, not something within your home. If, say, Plarium has 1,000 connections to that CDN, and you come in early on, all will be well. If you're near the max, sometimes you'll get in, before someone else, sometimes the reverse.)


"Connection error" and "Connection lost" have nothing to do with you / your connection - either their code blowed up your browser and it reset that tab, or there is an error between -their- servers and -their- CDN. If you can get to the internet, you have no connection issues - it's them.


Solution: Run a proxy addon. (Or run a VPN.) Come in from different IPs / CDNs.
