Same Issue:  Can't load game due to 'Lost Connection' Error.
clear cache data, tried different browsers.  No issues prior to the last update.

Resetting the router has helped me, but in the short term. The game now loads every time, but after a while (1-5 mins) it loses connection.

Same here at 77%, cleared cache, tried other browsers, closed device activity sessions in profile, nothing helps.

The game runs here with 5 accounts on two Ipads, one Imac en one computer (that has 2 accounts).

On the computer and Imac it stops loading at 77% (tried several browsers, IE, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, and plarium app).

On the ipads at 90% loading stops.

When we setup a hotspot 4G, we can login (unplayable slow, but at least we can get our shields up for a longer time).

So that means:

- the account is not blocked

- its not a browser issue

- the game works

I just cant login with the Wifi. Really tried everything that is on the forum.

Cache, closed sessions, udpated everything, reset modem to factory etc etc ..... nothing helps....

Made a ticket..... all we can do is wait..... on this sunday.... finally have time to play.......
