I guess you already are working on it but here it goes:

Severity:Very high

Priority:Very high

Environment: Google Chrome (Version 71.0.3578.98 (Official Build) (64-bit))

Expected Result: Build-in Full Screen Button will correctly initialize Full Screen with the User's Settings.

Actual Result: Using the Build in-game Full Screen Button results in Full Screen with lesser resolution and most of the screen blackened.

Steps to Reproduce: Use the "full screen/window" button from the game's interface.

Helpful: Users(Players) can bypass the problem by either:

1. Use Chroma Default Full Screen Mode (F11)

2. Use Firefox, which seems to be working fine for the moment. Also my firefox received a series of updates last few days. Not sure if its related.

The problem is confirmed on different resolutions!
