Title: Troops capacity visualization/quantity fail

Expected Result: Sending troops yielding will show/send the capacity shown

Actual Result: Sending troops yielding with the adrian architect [troop capacity skill maxed], results in incorrect result (screenshots).

Steps to reproduce:

1.Equip Adrian Architect [with troop capacity]

2.Send troops yielding

Notes: Only with the A.Architect/capacity skill maxed, i've tested it without him, and there was no problem.
