I was very tempted to grab a set of these offers, I can use the VIP and all the materials from errands. I won't; However, spend any money while issues like this continue to occur with woefully insuffecient support to handle it when they ineviatably do.
Honestly, I'd have to be a complete idiot or a millionaire without a care to spend money on a game with this sort of feedback in the last day. If you can't or won't support people who want to spend money, you really don't want the business.
Roger, I (and I assume many others) really do appreciate the effort you put in. It's very clear that Plarium support is understaffed, overwhelmed, underinformed and overoptimistic. Hopefully you can convey that Plarium customers are unimpressed, frustrated and spending their quarantine money elsewhere.
