Enjoying the game so far (lvl6 castle) but my biggest request would be for a larger chatbox and more characters to write with. We are trying to make communities in our variousOrders at this stage of the game and it would really help with socialisation and with learning about the game and exchanging tips.

For  the Devs, if you want people to invest in the game a social aspect really helps and I would guess it's a big part of the reason Orders exist in the game. At present the chat box is making socialising much more difficult. I can see why you might want world chat strictly limited, but Orders are likely to be self policing (if they want to survive).
