the number of troops.. the more barrack you have the more troops you can recruit at once. 26 lvl barrack has the limite in 5k troops at once, 4 barracs= 20k troops at once.

it depends on your strategy, man.

for example, I'm an active player, I can often check the game, but somebody can watch on his barracks not so often.

I built 2 barracks. I think that's enough for me.
