Where is the "Game ID"?

Hello,

I am quite frustrated at this point.  My original in-game issue is not being able to equip/unequip my hero's equipment.  I've reloaded the game as well to no avail.

So I saw the "support" button and read through the FAQ's with nothing referring to this problem.

I then decided to "Create a Ticket" only to be asked for a "Game ID" that is numerical.  NO WHERE in my "Gamer's Profile" can I find this information.

So in order to submit a ticket for "support" I need to ask "support" how to find this Game ID number which is obviously a problem since... yup you guessed it I can't even talk to support yet without the freaking ID.

Yes I am a paying player so this isn't some ungrateful rant from a F2P player.  I am quite concerned about how non-user friendly this process seems to be and am just about to call it quits on this game and anything associated with "Plarium".

I will give it a couple of days to see, but not holding my breath.

UPDATE:

OK... I just submitted this forum post and it had a "user" # underneath my name which I used as my "Gamer's ID" (I hope it is) for the support ticket.  Not convinced it is but here's to hoping.

If you want to see your id game number go to menu from game---about the game--below the version number there's your user id.

In case someone didn't know or wasn't sure, your ID here in the forum is not the same as your ID in the game. For example, my User ID in the forum is 1709112. But my User ID in the game is 2711401. So if you are making a ticket for a problem in the game, make sure you use the correct User ID.

It’s incredibly frustrating when such a simple issue becomes complicated by unclear processes. Hopefully, your user number works for the support ticket! On a lighter note, if you’re looking for a smoother, more intuitive gaming experience, check out Retro Bowl —it’s fun, easy to pick up, and perfect for quick play!

I totally get your frustration! It’s tough when you can't get the help you need, especially as a paying player. I recently had a blast with Snow rider — it’s smooth and easy to play, unlike some support systems out there!

Usually, the Game ID is found in your gacha heat   profile or account settings within the game.

It's understandable to feel frustrated with support systems that seem unhelpful, especially when you can't access critical information like your Game ID. Have you tried checking any account settings or contacting fellow players for advice? In the meantime, if you're looking for an engaging alternative, consider trying out Infinite Craft —a game that emphasizes user-friendliness and community support. You might find it a refreshing change from your current experience!

You make a good point! I've been playing Sprunki lately, and it's quite engaging. You may also want to explore something like the slope game for a dif ferent challenge. It's fun and exciting!

I appreciate your input! I've also been exploring Sprunki lately; it’s captivating and worth a shot. If you enjoy such games, you might also like Monkey Mart for its en gaging gameplay and unique features.

I can understand your frustration—it’s really annoying when you're stuck and can't even submit a support ticket because of the missing "Game ID." It’s good you found the "user" # in your forum post to use, though it's odd that this isn't clearer. Hopefully, it works for your ticket and you can get back to enjoying the game soon. It’s a bit like checking the Al Baik Saudi price list —you want everything to be straightforward and easy to find. If not, maybe reaching out through social media will get quicker help. Fingers crossed!

When we participate in it we can see how it works for us and there are many people who are using these games to enjoy the time. There are a lot of people who need help to resolve the issues. So I read about the Osborne Park roof re-bedding and I got the solution to m y problems.
