There is a note on

that says

"Note: in the Orders War, points are only scored for destroying enemy Order warriors and soldiers from foreign armies."

These foreign armies are the Plarium troops that only attack the Arena in the Order Citadel. Is that correct? So, if you (and the enemy order) don't hold the Eternal Stronghold and you (and the enemy order) don't have an Arena then you can ignore categories 2 and 3?

Also, can you please post a table of the new power limits for the various Leagues in OvO and a table of the resource rewards for the various Leagues for winning OvO in the game database section?
