Where are Easter packs with 32mil gold?Dont want excuses or so called reasons,only the packs,plaruim cheaped out and did nothing for St. Patricks,getting feeling same is occuring again.

Roger - just what motivation have you given him to take the time and energy to document his perceptions of your game? Since he, being unhappy, is unlikely to see your post, where have you listed here how else you have attempted to make contact and solicit your desired information?

Without listed motivation, since he is so evidently unhappy, it seems unlikely for him to put out further effort - yet you would have asked as you are genuinely interested is ways and means to improve the game and / or the perception of it.
