Depends upon just what you mean.

You can log in with a different name and start over again. You would need to use a different email address I believe, but there are a number of different ways of getting one. e.g. Create a new gmail account, auto-forward it to your current one, and use that.

I guess that assumes PC playing.

I suspect if on Android and using Google Play, you can't. (Someone confirm?)

If coming from Facebook, I've seen suggestions of creating alternate FB accounts and using things that way.

It actually isn't too bad continuing to use your current one - you can demolish buildings, change all your names, and redistribute skill points. There is a cost, but it's not too bad.

And ... you'll probably do so, multiple times, as you progress through the game, anyways! :-)

Agree with you WWO. Only problem for newbies is that they often losing Novice Relocation and can't change Kingdom later
