I have managed to submit a support ticket - something I could not do earlier (followed the link in one of your responses) as trying to find out how to send one took me all over before telling me that now all support requests would be dealt with here in the Forum!

I must admit that support is not that helpful to most Win10 users - we usually just get a standard response that "the game in Beta" for you so expect that everything doesn't work!

Then it sould work, and you should collect it.

Unfortunately playing on the Plarium app (on a laptop) I can see no way to "resize" the window (unlike say Gameroom where there are +/- buttons at the top) - so just have one size.

I am not sure if it will help, but you can temporary try to change windows resolution for resizing.

Hello, my Lord! Do you have an opportunity to get the reward using a mobile device? Try to receive it not through the app.

I am playing at the highest resolution my laptop will allow - but also tried on a newer netbook with better resolution and same problem. It is an issue with the plarium windows app rather than the laptop, I believe.

Hi Alina, replied through the FB Forum - my phone is too old (Android 2.4, which cannot be upgraded) to play (m)any games.

As expected, the response from Support:

"Please mind that Stormfall: Rise of Balur is still being at the beta development stage at the Plarium Desktop app. Therefore, some features might be functioning improperly. Yet, it is possible to claim the gift using a different device. I suggest installing the game on a mobile device (a phone or a tablet) in order to experience the stable gameplay."

As I have said before my "mobile device" is too old (Android 2.4, which cannot be upgraded) - so am stuck with not getting any "free gifts"!
