I'm playing from device 1 but I can load the saved game from another device.
It's disappointing that I had device 1 on repair and I couldn't play.
I followed many steps including leaving my feedback to the chat bot and human with my login details and error screenshot but no one replays.
Can anyone please help?

There isn't any ticket number displayed, it's a chat with "administrator".
The most disappointing thing is chat trolls replaying and asking IF I still need help but they provide no help!
What want is being able to load the saved game from another device, when I input my details the system tells that the username is already in use!

I remember I had a ticket but the chat troll deleted it and asked me IF I still need help so now the conversation doesn't show any number. It's a SHAME because it looks like the chat troll did it on purpose. Not smart at all, even a 5 year old kid can do much better!
What is the purpose of playing more than a year on a game and not being able to load it on a new phone.
uwannait, it appears that you had the game open on the other device and therefore are unable to open it on the new one. I suggested seeing if they can close your game session so you can restart one on your new device.
