for some reason Plarium reset and i lost all accounts from the login screen i have recovered all but one because I am old and have a bad memory so
how do you get the email address of the account i have lost

Hi Asheron, I am thinking that you may have had your accounts on Facebook. If you did, those accounts were migrated to Plarium Play on December 31, 2020. If that is the case, you would need to download the Stormfall: Rise of Balur app to your device and create an account. You would then link it to your Facebook account. That is the only solution.
If you have lost access to your email address and password there is nothing that Plarium can do. You would need to go to your email provider and reset your password in order to have access to that email account again.
