Plarium Play related issues

My game won't load. How do I fix it?

You may need to reinstall Plarium Play. Uninstall it, download a fresh copy, reinstall, and log in with your Plarium ID.

If the issue persists, please find the "pp_log.txt" file and send it to our Support team. You should find that file at this address:

For Microsoft Windows:

C:\Users\~Your username~\AppData\Local\Plarium\PlariumPlay\pp_log.txt

For Mac OS X:

/Users/~Your username~/Documents/PlariumPlay/pp_log.txt

 

Note: Windows users can also access the folder containing the log file by going to the Plarium Play Settings, scrolling to the 'Troubleshooting' section, and clicking 'Show log file'.

The first step is admitting someone screwed the pooch big time.


Training, rewards, raids. nothing works anymore.

Me too, I have all this problems too. It's not so funny, when the ressis are flowing over and no troops can build. PLEASE PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!

...and another problem here..... I can't build a ID for my login in the pc-version.

I always get a mistake and have to contact the support. So, here I am.

I played this game with my tablet for some years ago, maybe, this is the problem, but please help here too.

Here too, after the newest update nothing works fine. No troops to build, Amelias Gift will not work.

PLEASE DO A BETTER UPDATE FOR US

Sorry, but after the update yesterday it works for me for just an hour and than ......NOTHING......some hours later.......NOTHING.

Today the same, I can't get into the game. It's not so funny and I get to hate this game!!!!!!!

One my Windows 10 laptop I can get intoo the game. On my Windows 7 machine I am stuck at the prophecies. Tried to reinstall the plarium app, emptied the internet cache, nothing heelped. This game really sucks.

Here again too, nothing happend with this game.  I use only Windows 7 and there is only a waiting-point "Die Prophezeiungen werde geprüft"

WOW, how long takes a proove.....more than a day, a week?? I begin to hate this game.

Yeah that's it for me. I'm done with this game.


I'll just continue to play it on my cell phone...and Nothing else.



Way to go, Plarium.


Biggest issue from what I seen is that you enable people to purchase items on a Beta version of Stormfall, but then some of them aren't able to log in at all, making them lose what they Bought.


That is a problem that nobody should have to go through and it shows how "greedy/insensitive" Plarium is.


Crooks do this..........

Using Game App on Windows 7 System. Since yesterday afternoon I can play Throne normally but Stormfall is not loading..... ...hangs at around 25% - Prophecies are checked and nothing happens for half an hour... or longer^^

Hi I play on 2 devices.


Have the same problem on my desctop pc. Tried following: logged in via notebook - app is running, game is running... OK.


Changed server to sailent plains (server low traffic) and logged out on notebook, tryed again on desktop pc with windows - app is working, changed to my correct server and what surprise playing is possible... 


This is my way at the moment to use the app on PC - before out logging always I have to change back to a server with low traffic otherwise app will not load again.  Than I would  have to do again the bypass with the notebook....


Nevertheless it seems that the pegasus reward is not payed for logging in during last days? Somebody the same experience?

Is the issue still actual? The app is working properly on my end. Just tested it now, and the loading is fine.

Update:

- cache cleaned 

- registry cleaned

- fully new installation


Still just loading ~25%, music is playing but stoped there.....

im having hte same issue been playing fine then logged out for ten minutes now its been over 2 hours and cant get past 25% no idea what my game id is either 


edited to add.: now been 36 hours still the same all the other games on plarium player work fine, reinstalled player and nothing, payed money to play this my city is open to attack and now im thinking i wasted my money 


edited to add: still nothing and no help at all from anyone

hi 

 i still cant login and i cant contact support using hte usual form as there isnt a link to allow me to select the beta version of storm fall

i am now very concerned about my game as i have spent money on packs and by now my city could have been hit as it is not shielded 


i can play all the other games on the plarium player there are no issues at my end 


edited to add: i reinstalled plarium player still no luck, same thing 25% and stops.

also i sent in form to support had to select a different version of storm fall but i made sure they know its the beta one im having problems with

Hello!

It's a known issue that, unfortunately, some players face from time to time :(

Our team of developers who is working with Plarium Play is aware of it. They are working on the new update for Plarium Play and once it's released, this issue should be fixed.

The update is planned for the next couple of weeks. Unfortunately, I don't have ETA yet :(

Ok having this issue today. Have unistalled and re-installed. Have used CCleaner for all my cache files, I have tried everything on my laptop. All other games in the App are working fine. Rise of Balur is freezing at loading  Examining the prophecies. I am a bit sad because I really like this game and my league hopefully will cover me while this issue is being resolved. 


Where should I send my user id and ip address. Thanks

They are currently working on an update and it should be fixed soon. You can send me your id and ip address or to Alina (commented above you) or any moderator on the forum.
