40K of gold, 400K iron, and 40K food appears to be the cost of unlocking the fountain.
Since the amount of iron required is ten times the amount of the other two resources, I'm hoping this is a typo and not the actual cost.

this is not suppose to be easy to achieve or upgraded quickly. It will require a lot of your regular castle to be maxed to be able to continue growing in stoneheart. It sounds like a lot but once the rest of your castle is completely developed, it will give you something to spend all of your piled resources on. where do you go to to do this upgrade, i have never even seen it to tryit will be in the stoneheart part of your castle. One of the last buildings you can place on your open building plots.
