Why can't I access my other castle in the desktop version of S:RoB?

How do I contact support to request they grant me access to one of my castles in Rise of Balur? When the mobile and desktop versions of the game allowed separate castles to be available, I had built up a good castle with a lot of progress and time put into it. Now, I am unable to access that same castle whether via mobile or desktop platform.


Can someone please advise on this?

Hello, could you please specify your um# that can be found at Settings -> About and server #  where that Castle is located?

UM# is um10452329 8620068 c2000:s02:, server is "Forest of the Spirits". I hope this is enough to get this sorted.

Could you please also specify what exactly you see when trying to login to this Castle? Do you receive any errors? If so, please send us a screenshot of it so that we can help you. 


By the way, please make sure that you are trying to access the Castle by logging into the correct account. Most likely, that you are logged into another account.

I do not receive any errors or strange messages when I login, it takes me to the castle I use on my mobile phone instead of the PC app. I was using the same account for both castles, but I guess the mobile and desktop platforms eventually merged accounts so my second castle became unavailable.


I am more than happy to send you a screenshot, just let me know what email to send it to.
