can i complete first all moon quests then buy the lunar ring to get the locked rewards or i have to purchase and wear the ring before completing all the quests in the categories?

Moon Quests are divided into six Categories: Battlegrounds, PvP Battles, Unit Collection, Special Quests, Champions, and Category Completion. You must complete all Moon Quests in the first five Categories to finish Category Completion Quests and earn Category Completion Quest Rewards.

Some Category Completion Quest Rewards are locked and require a Lunar Bracelet to enhance the moon’s effects. The power of the Bracelet will be unleashed automatically once purchased and will last until the end of the Cycle. Note that you will still have to complete the Moon Quests to earn the unlocked Rewards.

Are you aware of the fact that this event was released bugged? The end cycle is not on the 14th of the month. And for me, it's only two weeks time remaining. Not enough time to complete all the category! Can the fix be released in time as this will make a not a fair environment for all players? 

I like it but, i found very expensive that bracelet, and the item about unit collection is some slow to get rewards.

I finished the battlegrounds tier in the first week, but I didn't claim prizes and now the battlegrounds tier reset to 0 of 5 completed, and the counts are all -1705.8M. I have a screenshot of this issue.

A new version of the game with the fix of this issue should be ready soon. Please follow updates in the App Store or Play Market. 

So cycles are every 15 days. 

Unit collection looks imposible now, just pay2win, and then pay2win again the bracelet.

I didnt finish bg tier anyway, so i dont have that bug.

A Moon Quest Cycle begins on the 15th of each month and ends on the 14th. When a Cycle ends, your Moon Quest progress refreshes and you can start earning Rewards again.
