Our Mages Update The Servers!


On September 10th, 2019 Stormfall will be updating its servers in the time interval of 10:00 p.m. to 00:00 a.m. UTC. While we should only need around 30 minutes, you may be temporarily having difficulty accessing the game. If you experience any issues, try waiting five minutes, clear your сache, and then reload the game. During this time refrain from any non-essential Military Actions.


Good luck on the battlefield!

Been unable to access the game all evening EST time. Is this maintenance extended? When I start the desktop app all I get is Service Unavailable.

desktop pc app may take some more time to become stable.

Please find the Plarium Play application shortcut on your Desktop area >> right-click it >> click on the "Open file location" option >> delete the "Cache" folder in the opened location.

This should help.

As of 11:30 UTC cannot load the mobile client either from iPad or Plarium Play app.  The Retry screen shows numerous resources missing on server 


UPDATE: got in on iPad but still getting the message on Retry screen that resources are missing on server when using Plarium Play app even after clearing cache

Did as instructed and deleted the cache folder, but still get this error message. The "print screen" option is disabled when the game opens (in full screen) so had to take a photo. Age of War works fine in Plarium Play, but not RoB. I had no problems with it before the maintenance yesterday!


Edit: I already uninstalled and reinstalled Plarium Play!

This issue for Plarium Play has been fixed already. I'm tremendously sorry for the possible inconvenience it might have caused you. Please check if you can now access the game via Plarium Play.
