That's true, but not all players like this gameplay side :) 

Lol I don't like getting raided or my beacon getting atks but if I want to lvl up n learn get stronger a smarter.. You have play evry part of the game.. U want stay at a low lvl don't raid don't du bgs don't be a great lord lol

For like the first 40 lvls bgs pay u up more then what you put in n give you a good kick start of exp to lvl up I'm a veteran n would say do it n ask ur league about anything or go regional chat if ur not in league :) lots help m advice out ther

While it is true that BGs and PVP raids give the best xp, you can level up effectively by completing daily tasks and focussing on castle growth. The more powerful your castle is, the less likely you will be raided. If you are shown to be an active raider, you will lessen the likelyhood of becoming a farm target. After upgrading your troops and castle, focus on learning the basics of BGs. We have awesome advice in our BGs forum you may want to check out that could help you succeed in defeating BGs.
