Any chance of creating an International clock with its own Stormfall time-zone?

This way all players, regardless of their own time-zone would be able to coordinate their attacks and defenses better. The current setup means none of our battle reports coo respond, and there is a lot of confusion when trying to plan anything. Players need to convert their time from GMT - Pacific Time etc. This would be  especially helpful for leagues of mixed nationalities

It would not be a very difficult change to make, but it would make a significant improvement to the game.
