As a captain our Marshal gave us permission in league wall, and I cannot change the info.
Additionally, can you please explain what Diplomacy Administration Rights and Chat Moderation is?
It would have been prudent to post descriptions of all these options in the guide without having to resort to asking a question in a forum in order to get clarification.

Lord I believe only the Marshal can change the league wall info. I am a Captain in a league and I cannot change it. Can you be a little more clear on what you want to know about Diplomacy Admin Rights. My understanding on this is say you have a League mate being targeted by a member of another league. You can appoint a member as an Ambassador to speak to that leagues Ambassador or Leagues Captains to try and clear the air between those two. . I would like to know what do you mean about Chat moderation? Thanks please reply.
