Feeding troops at garrisons
Who has to feed troops stationed at garrisons? For example, if I send reinforcements to a league mate, do those troops food consumption come from me or the place garrisoned?

Owner feeds his/her troops everywhere.
No matter where they have their destination: Settlements, Reinforcements or Bastions.
And you can have millions of reinforcements in your castle - they won't eat a corn ^_^
