Recently our league got a 3 year anniversary and everyone was able to buy a special package. But the price varied between the members, for some it was 1$, for some it was 8$ and for some it was 40$. I figure that the offer is based on players recent expenditure (If I spend more, I get more expensive offers). I think that it is somewhat UNFAIR. Maybe I am low in budget and can´t spend 40$, but would like some items in the offer (holy bond for example). 

Is it possible to make a choice of offers to buy either 8$, 16$ or 40$. But you can only buy one, so if you bought 8$ you can´t get 16$ offer anymore.

Sometimes however badly I want it, I just don´t buy if the offers get too expensive. That is a loss of income for Plarium. If they would offer lower price packages to higher spending payers instead of forcing me to choose 40$ package, then they could get 8$ from me instead of getting 0.

Hope you can implement such change into the game. (Iknow you say it is algoritm calculating the offers but maybe you can alter it somehow)
