i cannot log in as well tried uninstalling and re installing nothing.

it says launching for about 2 seconds than goes back to play

it now takes about five minutes for Me to log in... problem not fixed, just changed... 28 !!! minutes later, still trying to load... bout to call it a night, two long days ahead, I'll miss the brawl etc... mebbe you'll fix it some time next WEEK

My game was never broken. Now Ive missed 3 events because I cant launch my game. Done everything from uninstalling to clearing cache to a combination along with restarting before installing etc. 3 days lost from expanding battle pass 😟

How do we fix this???  Support doesn't want to know, No help at all. 

When  did  you contact support ?

Support has  been extremely busy  the  last  couple  weeks please  be  aware it is  best  to wait  for  a  reply before  sending more tickets, it  will cause a great  deal of  delay if if  you stack support request on top of each other

All done now I have managed to install and get in

What did you do to fix grey tab wont install ?

found every file in File Explorer and deleted it. Then downloaded Plarium from the correct site www.plarium.com and Bobs your uncle
