Then you do not have the knowledge to respond to BG issues or comments - the players that have gone to level 175+ are posting issues and making statements but no one listens to them nor do they even know what we are talking about

Still, I have knowledge of BG mechanics itself and the way they're working :)

And I don't deny there are a lot of experienced BGs players here who reached Level 175 and higher. 

I don't think so - unless you know what its like to send tens of thousands of units at BG you really cannot voice an opinion - the mechanics were changed - we used to be able to force a payout from a certain BG - but now its hit and miss and sometimes takes 5 or more BG to get the payout you are looking for - so if you are tossing in basically 100k units into BG for a payout you really are not inclined to play them often

and I am not speaking of infantry or cavalry units I am referring to occult and beast units

knowledge comes from experience and you do not have the same experience as the players who have played the highest level bg

I can have less experience in BGs than you do, but I'm in touch with developers and aware of the changes made in the game.

For BGs nothing has been changed for more than 1.5 year :)

When you start tossing that many troops into bg then you can tell me about your "experience"

Troop build times are far to slow to get troops "stuck" in bg which happens more often than not since they implemented the changes you speak of

It's a choice of every person how many Units send to BGs, what BG Levels to play and when it's better to stop.

One of the main advantages of BGs is to exchange Infantry and Cavalry to Occult and Bestiary Units. How successful this process is for you, depends only on your strategy.
