you have to open ur grandmarshalls reports and click on the arrow to take out all the list. in one line you will see the new sorcery spells line to filter

The Mareth Quests are based upon your level so it is perfectly fair

If you have levelled-up too quickly then you will need to ask friends and league mates to help you get the scrolls you need

or you could buy them from the black market

I do not have dozens of unwanted duplicates in my House of Scrolls because I worked hard to trade them all for useful lost arts

I deliberately avoided getting thousands of hollow experience points from empty quests etc because I knew this game becomes too difficult at level 61 if you only have level one units, making it impossible to compete in tournaments

Hello and welcome to the Forum 

I agree with the comment above. It's not a bug, but a motivation for you to develop your Castle faster, complete the Quest and get a Reward.

Not all Quests can be completed by all players at once. Focus on the Quests you can complete and keep on upgrading your Castle :)
