Are there any plans to have the "SoS" Updated to a higher lvl than 10, Have 3 x lvl 12 Crystals locked in can not use two of the same faction so once at lvl 12 it just becomes a collecting scenario..

No, there are no plans to change anything in the way Sanctum of Shards works.
Devs said there are enough Bonuses in the game already that's why no changes are planned for it.
