Yep. The leagues that score in the top ranks on capture the flag tournaments get buffs they can apply to their own players, and debuffs they can apply to other leagues. These buffs and debuffs last for 7 days from when the tournament ends.Those are buffs/ debuffs after the Capture the Flag tournament.
